Dr. Jason Ross is an Associate Professor and the Lloyd L. Anderson Endowed Professor in Physiology in the department of Animal Science at Iowa State University. Dr. Ross joined the Animal Science department at Iowa State University in August 2008 as a tenure-track Assistant Professor. In October 2015, he became the Director of the Iowa Pork Industry Center with responsibilities in research, administration and extension. His research program focuses on using both basic and applied research approaches to help enable livestock producers and associated industries improve swine production efficiency.
Dr. Ross received his Bachelor of Science degree at Iowa State University in 2000, a Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy degree at Oklahoma State.
