Director of Environmental Affairs
Eric Lassalle is the Director of Environmental Affairs for Smithfield Foods, Inc., focusing on renewable energy projects, corporate sustainability report, regulatory compliance and air. He is the current chairman of the North American Meat Institute Environmental Committee and participates in the Virginia Waterworks Advisory Committee and Mission H20 Groundwater Subgroup.
