Yellin, Esq., MIS, CIH, Brian,
Brian is an attorney and is admitted to the Maryland and Montana Bars. He is also a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and holds a Master of Science in Environmental and Occupational Safety and Health from City University of New York at Hunter College.
He has served as an adjunct professor at the University of New Haven and City University of New York at Hunter College where he taught undergraduate/graduate level industrial hygiene and safety classes.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Brian worked for the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) as a compliance officer, assistant area director and area director with the Manhattan Area Office.
He has expert knowledge of the OSHA standards and OSHA’s inspection policies and procedures, particularly those related to OSHA’s expanded health standards, including the asbestos, lead, chromium, formaldehyde, and silica standards for general industry and construction.
